These Terms of Service govern your use of MilanAura AI Studio's services, including the Brand OS dashboard at app.milanaura.co, PresenceStudio at studio.milanaura.co, and all AI-generated content delivered through these platforms. By creating an account or subscribing to any MilanAura service, you agree to be bound by these terms. Please read them carefully.
1. About MilanAura AI Studio
MilanAura AI Studio ("MilanAura," "we," "us," or "our") is a division of TechYourKinetics LLC, a Texas limited liability company. We provide an AI-powered Personal Brand Operating System for executive coaches, consultants, founders, C-suite executives, and speakers. Our services include a weekly AI-generated content pack delivered via dashboard, on-demand content creation tools, Brand Pulse scoring, Voice DNA profiling, keyword intelligence, and AI professional imagery via PresenceStudio.

2. Services and Deliverables
MilanAura offers the following services:
- Brand OS ($199/month): Full access to the Brand OS dashboard at app.milanaura.co. Includes a weekly AI-generated content pack delivered every Monday (LinkedIn posts, video scripts, design briefs, keyword intelligence report, Brand Pulse score), on-demand content creation via Create Content, Voice DNA profiling, weekly Intelligence feed, Content Planner, and PresenceStudio access. 15-day free trial included, no credit card required.
- PresenceStudio Starter ($29/month): AI professional imagery. 20 images per month across 8 luxury environments. 3-image free trial, no credit card required.
- PresenceStudio Prestige ($79/month): 60 images per month, logo embed in scene, priority generation.
- PresenceStudio Studio ($197/month): Unlimited image generation, all environments, priority queue.
Weekly content packs are delivered every Monday before 9:00 AM UTC to your Brand OS dashboard. All content is reviewed for quality before delivery. You are responsible for reviewing all content before publishing.
3. Free Trial
MilanAura Brand OS includes a 15-day free trial with full access to all features. No credit card is required to start. At the end of the trial period, continued access requires a paid subscription. We will notify you before the trial expires. PresenceStudio offers a separate 3-image free trial with no credit card required.
4. AI-Generated Content — Disclosure and Limitations
MilanAura's content services are powered by artificial intelligence, including large language models (Claude by Anthropic) and image generation models (Google Gemini). All content delivered through our platform — including LinkedIn posts, video scripts, design briefs, newsletter drafts, keyword intelligence reports, and professional imagery — is AI-generated or AI-assisted.
Important: You are responsible for reviewing all AI-generated content before publishing. MilanAura does not guarantee that AI-generated content is factually accurate, free from errors, or compliant with all applicable platform policies. You must verify all factual claims, statistics, and professional representations before publishing content under your name.
- AI-generated content may vary between users even when inputs are similar. We do not guarantee unique output.
- AI systems can produce inaccurate, incomplete, or inappropriate content. Our quality review process reduces but does not eliminate this risk.
- MilanAura makes no representation that AI-generated content will achieve specific business outcomes, follower growth, engagement rates, or revenue results.
- All marketing claims about MilanAura's AI capabilities reflect documented system behavior and are subject to the FTC's standards for substantiated advertising claims.
- You must not publish AI-generated content that you know to be false, misleading, defamatory, or that misrepresents your professional credentials or expertise.
5. Intellectual Property and Copyright
Upon full payment of the applicable subscription fee, MilanAura grants you a perpetual, non-exclusive, worldwide license to use, publish, edit, and distribute all content delivered to you as part of your subscription.
Copyright notice: Under current US law (as affirmed by the Supreme Court's March 2026 denial of certiorari in Thaler v. Perlmutter), purely AI-generated works without meaningful human authorship are not eligible for copyright protection. Content delivered by MilanAura is AI-generated based on your Voice DNA profile and editorial direction. To the extent your editing, selection, and creative direction constitute sufficient human authorship, you may hold copyright in the modified works. MilanAura makes no warranty regarding the copyright status of AI-generated content as delivered.
You may freely publish, edit, and repurpose all delivered content across your professional platforms. MilanAura retains the right to use anonymized, non-attributable examples of work for portfolio and marketing purposes unless you opt out in writing to info@milanaura.co.
The MilanAura brand name, logo, "Milan," "Aura," and "Jay" AI personas, Brand OS platform, TUKOS system, Voice DNA methodology, and all proprietary systems remain the exclusive property of TechYourKinetics LLC.
6. Payment Terms
Subscriptions are billed monthly in advance via Stripe, our secure payment processor. By subscribing, you authorize recurring monthly charges to your payment method on the billing date established at signup.
- All fees are quoted and charged in USD.
- Payments are non-refundable unless otherwise specified in this agreement.
- Failed payments may result in suspension of service until the outstanding balance is resolved.
- We reserve the right to update pricing with 30 days written notice to active subscribers.
- Free trial users are not charged until they actively upgrade to a paid plan.
7. Cancellation Policy
You may cancel your subscription at any time from your account settings or by emailing info@milanaura.co at least 7 days before your next billing date. Cancellations received after this window will take effect at the end of the following billing period.
Upon cancellation, you retain access to all content packs delivered during your paid subscription period. No partial refunds are issued for unused days within a billing cycle.
8. Refund Policy
Due to the AI-generated nature of our services, all fees are generally non-refundable once a content pack has been delivered. However, we are committed to quality. If a delivered content pack does not meet the agreed specifications outlined during onboarding, we will:
- Provide revisions where quality failure is clearly documented.
- Offer a credit toward a future pack in cases of significant quality failure.
- Issue a full or partial refund at our discretion in exceptional circumstances only.
Refund requests must be submitted within 7 days of delivery to info@milanaura.co with specific details of the quality concern.
9. Confidentiality
Both parties agree to keep confidential any proprietary information shared during the course of the service relationship. This includes your Voice DNA profile, brand strategy, audience data, business plans shared during onboarding, content pack contents before publication, and any information explicitly marked as confidential. MilanAura will not share your brand brief, content strategy, or unpublished content with any third party except as required to deliver the service (AI processing providers) or comply with law.
10. Acceptable Use
You agree not to use MilanAura services to:
- Publish content that is knowingly false, misleading, defamatory, or fraudulent.
- Impersonate any person, entity, or professional credential you do not hold.
- Violate any applicable laws, platform terms of service, or professional regulations.
- Resell, sublicense, or white-label our content services to third parties without written consent.
- Attempt to reverse-engineer, extract, or replicate our AI prompting systems, Voice DNA methodology, or content generation infrastructure.
- Use the platform in any manner that interferes with other users' service or the platform's operation.
11. Limitations of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, TechYourKinetics LLC's total liability for any claim arising from these services shall not exceed the total fees paid by you in the 30 days immediately preceding the claim. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages including lost profits, lost data, or reputational harm arising from use of our services or AI-generated content.
12. Governing Law
These Terms of Service are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, United States, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes arising from these terms shall be resolved in the courts of Travis County, Texas.
13. Changes to These Terms
We reserve the right to update these Terms of Service at any time. Active subscribers will receive written notice of material changes at least 14 days before they take effect. Continued use of our services after that date constitutes acceptance of the updated terms. The most current version is always available at milanaura.co/terms.
