4. AI Processing of Your Data
MilanAura uses AI systems to generate content on your behalf. Your Voice DNA profile, niche, role, and content preferences are passed to AI processing services to generate personalised content. We use the following AI providers:
- Anthropic (Claude API): Used for content generation in the Brand OS dashboard, Ask Milan chatbot, and audit/demo tools. Your Voice DNA and content context are passed as prompt inputs. Anthropic processes this data under their API terms.
- Google (Gemini API): Used for PresenceStudio image generation and supplementary content tasks. Reference photos and text prompts are processed by Google's Gemini models.
We do not use your data to train AI models. Your content and Voice DNA profile are used solely to generate content for your account.

6. Legal Basis for Processing
- Contract performance: Processing necessary to deliver subscription services you have subscribed to, including content generation, dashboard access, and billing.
- Legitimate interests: Website analytics, platform security, fraud prevention, and service improvement.
- Consent: Email marketing communications and demo/audit tool lead capture (where separately opted into).
- Legal obligation: Financial record keeping and tax compliance requirements.
7. Data Sharing
We do not sell your personal data. We share data only with trusted service providers necessary to deliver our services:

- Cloudflare Inc. — DNS, CDN, DDoS protection, and SSL. Cloudflare Privacy Policy
- Hostinger / VPS — Server infrastructure. All data stored on our private VPS in Paris, France (Hostinger KVM2). Data is encrypted in transit via SSL/TLS.
- Formspree — Onboarding form processing. Formspree Privacy Policy
- n8n (self-hosted) — Workflow automation for notifications and alerts. Self-hosted on our VPS — data does not leave our infrastructure.
- Nodemailer / Gmail SMTP — Transactional email delivery for welcome emails and pack-ready notifications via info@milanaura.co.
All third-party processors are contractually required to handle your data securely and only for the purposes we specify.
8. Data Retention
- Active subscriber data: Retained for the duration of your subscription plus 2 years.
- Free trial data: Retained for 90 days after trial expiry if no paid subscription is activated, then deleted.
- PresenceStudio reference photos: Retained for 30 days after generation, then automatically deleted.
- Financial records: Retained for 7 years as required by US tax law.
- Analytics data: Retained per Google Analytics default settings (26 months).
9. Your Rights
Depending on your location, you may have the following rights regarding your personal data:
- Access: Request a copy of the personal data we hold about you.
- Correction: Request correction of inaccurate or incomplete data.
- Deletion: Request deletion of your personal data (subject to legal retention requirements).

- Database access restricted to server-side application processes only
12. International Transfers
MilanAura AI Studio is operated from the United States. Our server infrastructure is located in Paris, France (EU). AI processing via Anthropic and Google may involve data transfer to US-based servers. By using our services, you acknowledge that your data may be transferred to and processed in the United States and European Union, which may have different data protection laws than your country of residence. We ensure all transfers comply with applicable data protection requirements through appropriate safeguards.
13. Children's Privacy
Our services are intended exclusively for business professionals aged 18 and over. We do not knowingly collect personal data from anyone under 18. If we become aware that we have collected data from a minor, we will delete it immediately.
